An extra something to go with the Sunny Day at Sea hat and mittens…a neck gaiter out of the leftover yarns. It has tubular cast on and bind off and I avoided color jog when changing colors by knitting the last stich of each new color round along with a lifted stitch from beneath the first stitch of each new color round. I slipped the last stitch knit-wise and then just inserted my right needle tip into the right leg of the stitch below the first stitch in that round before completing the stitch. Easy to do and does a good job of avoiding the jog without moving your row beginning with each color change as some techniques can cause.
