Notes

Lovely square, enjoyable to make!

  • End of rnd 2, before finish off: (ch 3, sl st next) around to add trumpet “frill”.
  • Rnd 4 after dtr on each petal: ch 1, sl st in side of dtr
  • To get up to 6” size, repeated rnd 10 and added sc rnd
  • Tacked down petals
  • Added stamens
  • May not have needed it, but ran a yarn strand around the cup of the trumpet, in the row below the frill to draw it in just a bit and ensure it retained its shape.
