I’m a slow drinker. This should keep my tea or cocoa warm a little longer, yeah? Well…let’s pretend anyway.

Suggestions not made clear in the pattern: knit the base in the round. I don’t know why the increase rows are written so that you do increases before one count and after the next. It causes a big hole at the beginning of the round where you increase twice, unless you do kfb (which I don’t think looks as clean as m1).

Launch at theresmiling.

I did 2 smocking repeats and only 4 rows of ribbing at the top. When I pulled the pattern up on my phone, it was a completely different one from the one I had pulled up on the computer. The phone one was much better written than the one I primarily used. I wish I could tell you how to get to it! :)

Nevermind, I figured it out. I downloaded the pattern Oct 1st and the free one was updated Oct 2nd. The pattern is now awesome. Go knit one! The end!
