Using the Socks a la Carte 2 book, I combined the patterns for Standard Toe with Semi-short Row Heel and Heel Flap with the Owl body pattern to make this sock. I also added an 8x2 knit purl rib on the instep and instead of the stockinette up the leg.

First sock finished 4/21

I love this yarn, but I think the Owls pattern would look much better and would stand out more in a solid color yarn.
