When I went through all of my old UFOs from a few years ago when I put down the needles, I found this basic k2, p2 scarf that I’d apparently been making and had lost interest in. The only problem was that there wasn’t nearly enough yarn left to make a scarf that was long enough for anyone to actually use. I decided to just suck it up and turn this UFO into a FO by knitting it until I simply ran out of yarn, and then seaming the ends together to make a lovely tubular scarf that actually serves quite well.

The yarn is a handspun alpaca, from what I can tell, and I knitted it on 10 1/2 needles, so it’s a bit more stretchy and generally pliable to twist around the neck twice without choking hazards. ;)
