January 17: Changed name of the project from ‘Band of Mystery Hat’ to ‘Babies in a Blender’; someone commented anonymously on my blog that it looked like that, and I love it!

January 11: ALL DONE! Finished today, got the ends woven in and the arms secured, then posted it with 3 minutes to spare! Winging it’s way to Jacey at Insubordiknit as we speak.

January 9 2008: Coming along nicely, the top is done now. Looks like a face to me (happy accident). My vision is coming to fruition. Must step up the pace, though, as I have to send it in no time!

Dec. 14 2007: I responded to Jacie’s call-for-knitters on Ravelry to participate in her band project. I’m doing a freeform knit/crochet hat using her handspun yarns; whee!!
