Finally! 7 years later, I took the 2 Tunisian crochet panels, added some fabric and a shell button, et voila! PILLOW for a friend!

pattern by Paula Goldstein - making as the class project for the Tunisian Crochet class at YARN-fun LYS in Eureka, CA

will be smaller than I intended (about 9x9); no gauge on the pattern, but I got 16sts/4in in TSS w/ K hook.
