• Gauge: 6.5 stitches x 8.5 rows = 1 inch (ITR)

• Skirt measures 13 inches from the top of the seed stitch band to the bottom.

• Seed stitch band measures 19 inches around.

Mods

• I accidentally cast on the wrong number of stitches under the arms, so I did two rounds of increases for the skirt to get to the correct stitch count.

• For the 18 month size, the knit-purl sequence required to keep the seed stitch band in seed stitch was off in the pattern starting at Row 27. I just ignored those instructions for the last 4 stitches and kept the band in the already established seed stitch pattern.

• Bound off sleeves with a size 8 needle.

• I used this bind off (Version A) for the bottom of the skirt.

The M1 increase in this pattern is bothering me. It leaves a little hole. I don’t know if that was intentional or not on the part of the designer. Usually, when I execute this particular increase, I knit through the front of the stitch.

Knitting was finished on 8/30.
