4/17/10: This is my first thread crochet project. It took me a while to get used to using such tiny materials, but I’ve picked up speed. My left index finger hurts pretty bad, though. I need to build up strength! I am not pleased with the point of my first (and only) pineapple. I followed the pattern exactly, but it seems off. It doesn’t look symmetrical.

4/20/10: I hit a little snag. I need to weave in some ends before I continue, and I don’t have a needle threader small enough to get the job done. I’ll have to put his on hold until I get my hands on one.

4/23/10: Finally got a new needle threader. I weaved in all of the ends and did another point. I anticipate finishing this tomorrow.

4/24/10: Done and blocking!
