These are my first socks EVER!

Pattern Clarification:

The heel instructions are a bit confusing. When slipping the last stitch either knitwise or purlwise, you’ll have to bring the yarn to the back of the work for slipping knitwise, and to the front of the work for slipping purlwise. The instructions don’t state this, so it kind of threw me off in the beginning. Also, there is mention of “unwrapped” stitches, which I believe are supposed to be wrapped stitches. (Typo)

Modification - I didn’t want the toes to be real pointy, so I stopped decreasing sooner.

3/1/10: I’m ready to graft the toe of the first sock, and I can’t figure out how to do it. I tried once and failed. I’ll try again tomorrow when I’m not so tired.

3/2/10: First sock is done! I posted two pictures of the completed sock: one with flash and one without.

3/11/10: I started the second sock at work today. I’m on a mission to finish all of my works in progress.

3/13/10: Turned the heel on the second sock.

3/15/10: I finished knitting the second sock last night. All I have to do is kitchener the toe!
