Notes

Hmm. Not in love with the Magic Loop method.

Last time I used this yarn, I made Monkeys. Not a good idea. Monkeys need a stretchy, sproingy yarn, and this is not it. This time, I’m using a ribbed pattern, to hopefully give the socks some elasticity the yarn doesn’t have.

Note: I would not use this yarn for vanilla socks. I think this yarn needs some ribbing to enable it to stay up around the leg.

Whew! These socks are finally done! I’m not using this yarn again unless I’m knitting for someone who can’t wear wool. And I’m not doing 2 @ a time on magic loop again unless I absolutely have to. The method works just fine, but psychologically I felt like the socks would never be finished.

Oh, I used a slipped-stitch K3 P2 ribbing, slipping every middle knit stitch on every other row.

The socks are pretty and soft, and I will probably enjoy wearing them. I just didn’t enjoy the knitting much.
