I made the pattern up as I went along, based on some worsted weight ones that I made a couple years ago.
52 stitches, 2x2 rib, thumb inc. after 1st cable crossing. Inc EOR until 21 st. Cast on 7 st when thumb stitches are placed on hold. Knit continuing cable pattern until length desired.
