Did you know that, for their size, the betta fish have bigger jaws than a piranha? These delightful and colorful little fishes are sometimes called the “bulldog” of the underwater world. This clutch purse is meant to hang from your wrist much like a betta fish floating in its aquarium. It can hold your cell phone and a few small evening essentials, which a real betta cannot do. At least, not without taking several bites of it.

This listing is for the crochet pattern only, which will create a betta fish 6 inches by 2 inches in body length, and approximately 10 inches by 10 inches in overall length.

Please be aware that, although I try to make my patterns as simple and easy to understand as possible, you may get more value from them if you are an intermediate to experienced crocheter. A familiarity with sc, dc, increases, decreases, and working in the round will serve you in good stead. :)

Patterns ordered from me will be delivered by email in .pdf format, either as an attachment or a downloadable link, so please make sure you have a working email address included in your payment information.
