Super easy to knit and I love the yarn - erm… yeah, I should love the yarn - I made it XD

I ran out of yarn after about a third of the braid and ordered more material (Cheviot + Gotland). Spinning the singles in a nearly matching lenght is not too hard but dyeing the Cheviot quite the way I did with the first 100 gramms was hard. Actually it appears the new roving got much more intense and brighter colours but I wont know until I spun and twisted it.
Yay! The new spun yarn is truely brighter than the first one but I don’t mind.

Just finished the last rows and went out for some nice pictures.

Actually the new spun matches the whole shawl very good and you won’t be able to locate the exact point where the new yarn was joined smile_cat

There are 130 g of the yarn left to be knit into a nice cap/hat. Will look for a matching pattern after I managed to bind off some more projects smiley_cat
