Just started! I’m planning to use many of the mods suggested by caitlyn and parikha.

So far I’ve done a tubular cast-on and knitted the neck ribbing. Now I’m starting the pattern and working the increases and lace panel.

Update! I’ve passed the point where you set the sleeve stitches aside. I was a little worried about the fit. I’d heard that the sizes ran large, and that going with a negative ease is preferable. However, I also know that I always knit TIGHT. So I trusted that my tension would even out the size issues. I threaded it onto two 80cm needles and tried it on. It looks good so far!

Update! I’ve just finished the body decreases and I’m now zooming towards the waist. I think I may add in some hip increases before I do the ribbing.

Update! Finished! I still need to take some pictures once I’ve given it a wash and block. I first tried knitting the body straight and then doing the ribbing, but it looked terrible. It just cut me off right at the hips. I switched to a tubular cast-off, and that wasn’t much better. So I frogged it back about five inches and put in several rounds of increases at the side seams, which gave me more room around the hips. Then I finished the bottom with a simple rolled stocking stitch edge, which everyone said looked better and more appropriate for such a casual garment.

I’m still not sure it’s the greatest look for a busty gal with broad shoulders, but I’m a sucker for puff sleeves.
