Started this shawl to have something to do during my knee recovery. I needed an easy but not annoying project, and also that could be knitted with yarn of my stash. I saw several Light&Up shawls made with this yarn and this color and that’s really perfect !
I’m at the end of the first lace pattern and really happy with what it is turning out !

Nothing to say with the pattern, it’s simple and clear. I just had an issue : I had 227 stitches at the end of a WS row, instead of RS so I hadn’t an even number of stitches on each half (111 between markers) to match the k2tog. So, I unraveled the last WS row and simply made it again without the 2 increases and all was good to be able to continue.

It appears that my gauge is very tighter than pattern’s gauge, so I think my shawl is smaller (I haven’t blocked it yet).
I’ve been running out of yarn about 13/15 rows before the end so I decided to use the same yarn in another color for the end, changing in the middle of stockinette between laces parts. I’m not unsatisfied with how it turned out, that’s not perfect but not ugly, I think people won’t notice.
