Row 8: there should be 2 st between each 4st cast off
Row 9: Yfwd between each set of 2st

My Modifications:
starting on row 34 rib 6 st on either end of the work for better fit in the bodice.
after row 34: add 7 row sts,
work to 13.5cms

Modification by CabledSheep: I made it a little longer than the pattern said, or the upper row of eyelets would have been running right across her hoo-hah.
I added a little more waist shaping, and some 1x1 ribbing in the back for a better fit.
