Notes

Holding yarn doubled. Not sure what kind of length I’ll get out of it, but my dad is adamant about the width, so I cast on 38 stitches.

11/14/2008 So I showed my dad that with the number of stitches I had, he was going to have a tube top rather than a scarf. He conceded on the width. I ripped back, cast on the suggested 26 stitches, and while it’s still a wide-ass scarf, it should be fine length-wise. Got about 10” done.

1/2/2009: Up to 36” inches because I get bored easy and this is sort of mindless. The alpaca works up so nicely, though, that I really a.) wish I had more alpaca and b.) want to keep it for myself.

1/18/2009: Up to 48 inches. Getting there!

1/29/2009: Finished!

Christmas gift for my dad. :)
