Looks like this is the hat of the season for friends and family. Gave to Barbi at Thanksgiving and now everyone wants one. Easy, fast, fashionable. Working on fingering version.

Mods: #4 for brim, since first time using this pattern here it was too loose. Used twisted knit on band for crisper stitches again. Fits fine now.

This is wonderful in the baby alpaca--so light and warm w/ great halo. Less drapey than the Quartz version and looks fine that way. Color is truest in flat picture.
