Notes

step 8:
repeat step 6 & 7

time: weave xxx min
time: adding warp into 7 segments xxx min

step 7:
go on weaving around until the next warp has to
be added

step 6:
first new weft color added
once a gap appears time for work in add. warps
into each segment.
I prefer to pull the new warp thread through
around 3 existing wefts. That’s a concrete and
fixed business. From my point of view weave it in
is a too loose ado ;-)
Hence, pull the threads through ~3 wefts
knot one end around the hoop, adjust the tension,
cut the requested length from skein (plus fringe and
top knot) and knot around hoop).
repeat for each segment.

time: weave 10 min
time: adding warp into 7 segments 20 min

note:
I fix my thread with an elastic strap around
the skein.

step 5:
warps spreaded to 7 segments
knotting warp #43 (odd number/warps requested)
passed to the center and started weaving
time: 20 min

step 4: (5th May)
knotting the warps, 21 threads add up to 42 warp ends.
(due to the start point in the middle of the hoop)
warps apportioned all-over the hoop
time: 60 min

step 3:
prepared template to try out different color combinations
time: est. 90 min

step 2:
preparing the yarn: 3-threads crochet chain
(needle 8)
544 Gramm => 120 meter
detailed information reg each skein
time: tba
will track time once preparing more skeins.
