Die Tuchform ist ein Mix aus Dreieck und Sichelmond. Hiermit ist ein sicherer Sitz beim Tragen als Stola hervorragend gewährleistet.
Verstrickt wurden für den Hauptteil:
124g/385m handgefaerbt.com Kunst trifft Handwerk “leben wie ein Baum” (100% Wolle, 125g=387,5m)
für die Außenkante:
84g/264m/ WOLLWERK Florale 100% Merino sw “Zwiebel” (100g=310m)

Das Tuch lässt sich je nach Wunsch beliebig vergrößern oder verkleinern, indem man bei dem Hauptteil mehr oder weniger Musterreihen strickt.

Größe nach leichtem Spannen:

• Entlang der unteren Außenkante: 286cm
• Entlang der Nackenlinie: 186cm
• Entlang der Mittellinie: 51cm

Die Idee:
Ich war auf der Suche nach einem farbenfrohen Garn, das ich zu meiner eigenen pflanzengefärbten Wolle kombinieren konnte um ein Tuch zu entwerfen, das durch schlichte, große Flächen die Schönheit und die Farbnuancen mittels einfachen Stricktechniken brillieren lässt.
Das Event:
stand vor der Tür. Das 3. Backnanger Wollfest, welches all den fleißigen Handfärbern eine wunderbare Plattform bietet, ihre Wollen und Garne zu präsentieren.
Die Wolle:
war schnell gefunden.
Backnang’13 war geboren.

The shape is a mixture of triangular and crescent, guaranteed to stay in place while wearing it as a wrap.
Yarn used for the main body:

Yarn used for the outer edge:

The shawl is easily adjustable to desired size by adding more or less pattern rows in the main body.

Measurements, after blocking:

• Wingspan BO-line 286cm
• Neckline: 186cm
• Along center-stitch: 51cm

The idea:
I was searching for a colorful yarn which was combinable with my own plant dyed yarns to use in the design of easy shawl pattern which allowed the beauty and the color shades to shine in the plain and simple areas of the shawl.
The event:
It’s almost here. The 3. Backnanger Wollfest, which gives all the hardworking hand dyers a gorgeous stage to present their wools and yarns.
The wool:
was at last found.
Backnang’13 was born.
