Finished!!! My first Shawl!!!

I had started this shawl about 8 times. I just couldnt get the stitch counts right. But it finally clicked. I loved the pattern of the shawl both visually and manually. It was enough to keep me interested but easy enough to do while watching TV.

I added an extra repeat for length and because of it I had to improvise at the last two rows cause I ran out of yarn!!! And when I went to my LYS they didnt have the color I needed!! Since I didnt want to wait for a new shipment I picked out a yarn that was close in color. Muskoka in Amethyst Heather. It is slightly darker than the Tweed but since it was the last few rows it makes a nice border.

All I have to do now is wash and block it.
