Learning to love gloves.

Conclusions:

• Fingers are a bit tight. Too many stitches for i-cord, I knit them in the round, and at such a small circumference my stitches are a hair smaller -- 9 spi instead of 8.5.
• The join described by nonaknits is superb, but probably more suited to worsted or sport gauges.
• I need to add one stitch to circumference at base of fingers; they’re a bit bigger there than at the middle joint.
• Some fabric bunching across palm. A set of short rows to lengthen the back would be called for.
• I positioned the thumb too far into the palm. It distorts the palm stitches.
• Could use longer ribbing, but I was out of the last color. Also, do ribbing in smaller needle?

Overall, though, very happy with these, and my glove journey continues.
