With thumb and index finger completed, did a fitting test. Thumb needed to be shorter by 2 rounds; finger was fine. Remaining fingers completed in the evening.

Some stitch distortion at base of fingers. One cause seems to be German short rows; wraps are a better solution, but maybe construction without short rows would be cleaner.
