• perhaps didn’t think this out well enough. For the heavier weight yarn, the pattern should have also been larger, that is, a 16 row rpt instead of 12.

13 dec - 8 decr rpts done, 8 to go.
12 dec - 2 decrease rpts complete. which is 6 less sts than before. yay. 14 rpt decreases to go. but 3 sts less each rpt. yay!
10 dec - 18 straight rpts complete. Have almost finished second ball. 16 decrease rpts to go now.
8 dec - 15 rpts done. 3 to go!!
7 dec - finally picked it up again. have done 13.5 of the centre 18 rpts. i really need to work hard on this.
1 dec - 10.5 rpts of centre section done
29 nov - yay, halfway there. Weighs 170gm.
27 nov - 16 rpts done, incr section complete. will now work even for 18? rpts.
26 nov - 15 rpts done
25 nov - 62x41 off the blocking mats.
24 nov - 11 rpts done. blocking, 72cm wide, 45cm deep. will see what it is like tomorrow when it’s unpinned and dry.
23 nov 15 - panicked about this a bit today and started knitting furiously. have done 8.5 rpts now. am unsure of how many i need to do altogether - 50? at 10 increases i plan to do a proper wet block and will then have a better idea of potential measurements. anyway, need to knit on this a lot, daily!

22 oct 15 - cast on. One incr weighs ~7 grams. Do about 12 increases? Maybe 13. Will need to weigh.
