10 aug 21 - was thinking about the dark brown bo peep but then got the maniototo in blackberry. first swatch on 4mm.
15 aug - 21sts on 4mm

40 1/2” in stone wool
all on 3.75mm
sleeve 1 - 112gm
issues - cast on at cuff too loose; upper sleeve cable doesn’t work; came out slightly big.

40 1/2” in arbor
cast-on and first 12 rows on 3.5mm
rest of ribbing on 3.75mm

does the cast on edge need to be done on an even smaller needle?

7 apr - completed 9th incr and following row - 114 rows altogether. Measures about 18 1/2”. Completed sleeve cap too. Sleeve 1 finished!! (And truly got serious about this, frogged Siri today too, was just 2 skeins). Will wash sleeve tomorrow and see how that comes out.
6 apr - upper sleeve chart was too dense in my wool so am knitting row 1 even every third chart
3 apr 2018 - insanely engaging knitting. have worked 63 rows of chart today, so row 73 done.
2 apr 2018 - so, with belfast in hinterland on hold bc i think i’ll actually knit it with the liberton corriedale once i’ve dipped it in the indigo dye vat, i’m giving geiger a go. i’ve already knit a few balls of the stone wool into siri but don’t feel like picking that up again bc the divide for the body and arms is just too much of a pain to calculate. so, today i cast on to test geiger out. i cast on the 40 1/2” size, with 75 st count for the cuff. completed the cuff (3”) and have worked 10 rows of the lower left sleeve chart. very juicy knitting!
