17 apr - purled a row! And knit another row! I clipped the work to the edges around a cushion to check that I hadn’t twisted the loop when I joined in the round. My only question now as I slog through 600 sts is, ‘Will it be big enough?’
16 apr - knit a row! And placed markers. Need to double check that I joined it in the round without twisting before I go any further.
15 apr - try again 600 sts.
14 apr - crochet cast on directly onto needle (finally worked out how to do that!). k 4 rows in garter. ready to start chart.
13 apr 19 - decided on 4 rpts of tree motif so 126sts per side. That’s 504 sts. Provisional cast on?
