14 aug 2023 - hat surgery. Removed ribbing and frogged. Picked up sts, now reworking ribbing top down on 3.5mm needle.

28 May - there’s something about cables, I just power through them (although my elbow hurts a bit!).
27 May - finished 20 rows ribbing to depth of ~2 1/2”
26 may 2017 - cast on using buttonhole cast on, 120 sts. would like to get ribbing for this and strømming hat completed before leaving on trip. then can leave 3.75mm needle behind.
