Used up all my tosh DK in volga to make this cowl. Did a puff stitch where you YO/pull through 4 times, then through all. My project is most similar to this one I think.

Did FHDC 76(ish( then joined and started working puff stitch by doing a pulling up on the joining chain and starting the puff stitch.

Closed by doing sc around the top. (didn’t have enough yarn to do HDC)

Took maybe 3-4 hours total.
