It’s been a month since the Her Universe Fashion Show. I was one of 24 designers chosen to make their geek fashion design come to life and walk the runway at San Diego Comic Con 2018.

8/21/18: Added placeholder image from my feature yesterday. (taken by Mark Edwards) Will write a blog post about the entire experience.

Until then, some fun facts!
- Skirt was made separately from the top.

• Cotton was used for the lacing of the corset-top.

• Skirt was basically a modified hexagon, with the front shortest and the 2 sides angled back to the longer back-half.

• The total weight of the skirt was 17 pounds after feathers were added.
