Sometimes being friends with a designer is awesome.. Yay! I got a copy of the pattern before it’s available to the general public.

11/10/2010 - Sewed on the buttons last night and it’s laying to dry as I type. I may have to open the buttonholes up a little and I may add a hook an eye closure below the bottom button.

11/7/2010 - The knitting is done and ends are woven in. The buttons will get sewn on Tuesday. Yay!

11/3/2010 - Second sleeve is underway. I want to finish this sweater so I can wear it and start a new one.

10/25/2010 - First sleeve is done. I made it full length and Jesh adjusted the lace chart so I could have a few inches at the wrist of each sleeve. It’s a little snug, but it’ll grow a little after blocking.

7/16/2010 - Finished the i-cord bind off all the way around the sweater the other day and then noticed that one side is puckering. Guess I’ll have to take that out and re-do it.

6/20/2010 - The body is an inch or so longer than called for. Tonight I plan on getting the body bound off!

6/19/2010 - Almost done with the body.

5/6/2010 - Continuing down the waist decreases and making funny faces.

4/26/2010 - Started the waist shaping over the weekend.

4/23/2010 - Last weekend I split for the arms and began working down the body. Picture update soon!

4/6/2010 - 8 or so rows left on the yoke!

4/5/2010 - So, my advice so far? Read the pattern! Comprehend the pattern! The lace for the yoke is addicting and I’m glad that I don’t have much else on the needles right now.
