This pattern looks super with variegated yarn. Not as striking with a solid, and barely meh with marled yarn.

I think row 3 instructions are supposed to read, ”sc in ch-1 sp” instead of ”sc in next st.” Subtle, but different.

I’m using up little leftover balls of cotton worsted.

5mm for most of it.
4mm hook for the edge only.
