These placemats are a quick knit with yarn held doubled. There are 4 patterns in all, each worked with a seed stitch border. One skein of BSA Dyed (or Organic) Cotton makes one placemat.

You will need one skein for the French Press Cozy and one for the Glass cozies. They are designed to fit Ikea Godis glasses. The pattern is available for $5 here:
