Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
An easy to knit lace sock with a shadow wrap short row heel and a little extra stockinette shaping along the Achilles tendon for better wear and fit.
Knitting: Cowl
This is an easy, fast knit and a good choice for a first lace in the round project. Pattern requires slipping stitches at the beginning or end of some rows and moving the marker for start of round.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This hat reminds me of high-rise buildings and the way the windowpanes seem to stack one on top of the other.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Knitting: Cowl
This is a very easy knit. It can be worn as a hood, a hat or a cowl/neck warmer. Make it shorter if hoods are not your thing. Wear it doubled for an extra warm hat. Leave the top open if your head gets too hot. There are as many ways to wear this as there are knitters.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
The body of this scarf is knit in basic stockinette followed by an eyelet pattern repeated every 10 rows.
