Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This cabled beanie looks much more difficult than it is. The cables create fun hearts. Once blocked this beanie really comes to life. 1 skein of worsted weight yarn and a few hours of knitting and you will have a great beanie.
Knitting: Cowl
This cowl features a traveling cable, with a stockinette background. Knit in the round this is the perfect project to travel with; the cables keep it interesting and the stockinette portion makes this an easy knit. This project is designed to use one or two skeins of yarn and has 3 sizes to choose from.
Knitting: Cowl
This pattern was designed to highlight one skein of hand painted yarns.
Knitting: Cowl
This is a great quick knit! The bulky yarn gives it structure and the simple pattern shows off the yarn.
Knitting: Shrug / Bolero
Near my home is a park called Black Diamond Mines. It’s one of my favorite places to take my kids for a weekend hike. They are convinced that one day they will find a diamond in the park, which inspired the cable pattern for this shrug.

Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This slouchy beanie was inspired by Bridal Veil Falls in Yosemite. This is my favorite waterfall in Yosemite. The lace pattern reminds me of the sheets of water that flow down the rocks as they are pushed from side to side.
Knitting: Scarf
This is a super quick soft thick scarf. I have a friend who is a huge sports fan, and he asked if I could make him a scarf that was inspired by his favorite team. He wanted something hand made, and he loves stripes. I love the way this came out and he loves it too. I hope you love making it as much as I did.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
The asymmetrical cable on these fingerless gloves make me think of salt water taffy; hence the name twisted taffy. The taffy twists towards the wearers thumb on each hand. These are so soft and toasty; they are my new favorite cold morning accessory. These gloves knit up very quickly and make great gifts.
