This tam has one size for teens and adults and careful instructions for those who haven’t made tams before. The pattern calls for 110 yards of the main color, 45 yards of a second and 35 yards of a third in worsted weight yarn.

I wanted to write a felted slipper pattern that was easy enough for beginning knitters, so this is worked flat with a small seam up the front. To get the right size, simply stand on a ruler and measure the length of your foot.
