eBook : 2 patterns

Inspired by the textures and stitch patterns in the Harmony Guides by Interweave Press, these patterns pair a simple seeded ribbing together with a wrapped smocked stitch pattern to create a classic hat/cowl/mitt set that works well with both variegated and semi-solid yarns. The knit stitch ridges create geometric lines that travel from the edges through a wrapped stitch section, creating visual interest through textural elements. Buying the ebook set saves you $1 over the cost of buying them seperately.

With alternating sections of color, a unique shape, and blocks of simple lace, this shawl is interesting to knit, with easy to memorize patterns that are simple enough to do while dipping your t...
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
When You Wish Shawl is a pattern in which stitch patterns throughout represent stars in knitted form, beginning with the short row shaped first section into the gradually increased segments that follow and continuing through the applied edging to finish. Knitting: Booties
Every girl needs a cute pair of shoes (or two or three) to add some style to her outfits. These booties, casual or classy, work great as a compliment to the Girly-Girl Skirty Soaker or as a darling accessory with a pair of jeans. Worked seamlessly from the bottom up, these booties knit up quickly. The shape of these shoes and the strap keep the...
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
A sure sign of spring: baby ducks on a pond, paddling in line, leaving a trail of bubbles in their wake. And mama duck makes a back and forth path, to guarantee that all of her ducks are in a row. The patterning in this sock pairs a bubble stitch together with delicate cables (worked with or without a cable needle), like the duck path through t...
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Inspired by the garden trellis in the middle of winter that is wound tightly with naked rose thorns and lifeless vines, this toe-up sock features a charted and written design that utilizes knit and purl stitches and a slipped stitch twist to create a simple but elegant pattern. Worked with variegated yarn, the twist produces a colorful design e...
Knitting: Slippers
A quick note on length: when you try these on you want to pull and stretch them so they are comfortable but not relaxed. Quit knitting when the work is folded in half around the back of the heel and the needles do NOT touch but have approximately one row of distance between them. Just be sure not to stop after a bubble row.
Knitting: Pullover
I watch my children sit wide-eyed at the table with a new box of crayons. It takes them several minutes to decide which color of the many to use first. Their masterpieces are not normally finished until every single crayon has marked the page. Like their masterpieces, this pattern weaves together colors and textures to create a warm and sturdy ...

This pattern allows your imagination to run wild as you use your creativity to craft a hat that is uniquely yours. I used both a 16” circular and double pointed needles. This hat was REALLY fast. I designed this as a beginning knitter and was able to complete it in two days…AND it was even wearable!
