This knitted lace collar is an homage to Notorious RBG and her “I Dissent” Collar. Since I’m a little larger than RBG, it’s a bigger collar than hers. This project requires a library of knitting needles from size 0 through size 4. By gradually increasing the size of the knitting needle, the collar expands as you go.
