I used 3-5 colors on each hat I made. You can use as many as you’d like! I HIGHLY recommend you check your GAUGE to make sure your item will come out the correct size. For this hat, you’ll need an H hook (5mm) and heavy worsted weight yarn. I used Red Heart With Love for my examples.

This pattern is made using 2 strands of worsted weight yarn held together or with bulky yarn. It can easily be converted in to a scarf as well!

This pattern, thickness and length is specifically aimed towards toddlers, but I’ve included instructions with suggestions on making it for larger sizes.
