Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
A simple cabled mitt with a interesting thumb gusset detail, perfect for everyone from kids to adults, women and men. Any DK weight yarn may be used, or you can double a light fingering weight as in the navy sample.
Knitting: Afghan block
This is a simple garter stitch square knit on the diagonal -- it can be worked in any yarn, at any gauge, to any size you need. It’s designed to be a square component for a blanket or afghan, but could just as easily be a simple dishcloth or washcloth. Or a large square blanket -- the possibilities are endless!
Knitting: Cuffs
A little something to warm your wrists and peek out from a coat sleeve, these ruffled cuffs have options for lace, beads, or just plain stockinette cuffs with a laceweight beaded ruffle.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
A top-down cabled sock originally designed for the FGF Sock group!
Knitting: Fashion Doll (Barbie, etc)
A simple beanie hat for ¼ scale ball joint dolls, or MSD size. The pattern features two brim options and two optional decorative accents, or you can just make a simple one color beanie!
Knitting: Cowl
Just enough warmth to tuck in a coat, easier to manage than a full scarf, this cowl with lacy ribbing is perfect for fall.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
A textured mitt suitable for men or women, as written this will fit an average woman’s hand or a smallish man’s hand. You can easily go up to sportweight or larger needles to make a larger mitt.

Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
I love the look of reverse stockinette in handpainted yarn, but who wants to purl a whole mitt? I solved the problem by designing this pattern to be knit wrong side out, with some ribs thrown in for interest. Simply reverse the mitt when you’re done, and presto!
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
These delicate mitts will provide light warmth and classic style. They can also be knit in fingering weight for a slightly different look.
