Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
These worsted weight socks are patterned after my Handsome Men’s Slipper Socks, however, these are meant to be worn as socks (not slipper socks, worn over a regular pair of socks). They fit the average ladies’ foot, size M-L.

I designed these worsted weight socks to be my brother’s Christmas present, but I couldn’t think of a name for them until he put them on. And when he did, I nearly gasped. They’re really handsome.

Knitting: Scarf
This sweet girls’ scarf (although boys can rock it, too, ahem) is adorable to look at and fun to work. Scarf is worked flat on size 7 straight needles. Cherries are worked in the round on size 6 DPNs, with stems and leaves worked flat.
Knitting: Drawstring Bag
This pouch pattern is written for both Sport and DK Gauges. Takes almost the entire skein of DK yarn (123 yards), and less than one skein of Sport yarn (164 yds).
Knitting: Market bag (slouchy)
Calls for two balls of Knit Picks Dishie or other worsted weight cotton yarn.

Knitting: Scarf
This scarf pattern takes advantage of the natural roll of stockinette fabric, giving the snake a rather realistic, sneaky look. Patterned after the docile ribbon snake, its vertical stripes are an easy introduction to colorwork and don’t leave you with lots of ends to weave in, the way horizontal stripes do.
