The pattern was inspired by an optical illusion that reminded me of the way spacetime curvature is usually depicted. The featured technique is stranded colourwork and the theme is geometric motifs.

Bouquet d’étoiles is a cuff down sock pattern featuring beautiful Japanese lace and cables. The name of the pattern was inspired by the lace flower in the motif. Bouquet d’étoiles can be translated literally as bouquet of stars and it is a type of flower known as Egyptian star flower in English.
