Knit the unlined version for when the temperatures rise. The lined cowl is started with a provisional cast on in the middle of the lining, allowing the piece to be graf...
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
Inspired by the character of the clown Louison in Jeneut’s film ‘Delicatessen’, these gloves knit up quickly and are appropriate for men and women alike. For larger sizes, go up a needle size or two.
Knitting: Ankle Sock
I managed to eek out a pair with one ball of ‘Stroll’ at 231 yds for a size 7 1/2 foot. However, it may be a good idea to have leftover yarn from a previous pair of socks paired with a full ball for larger sizes, or opt for a single ball of another fingering weight at 250 yds. Pattern includes charts for cuff and lace pattern.
Knitting: Ankle Sock
This pattern is inspired by the heroines in the films of Jean-Pierre Jeunet. It includes charts for the lace cuff and cable/lace foot, and they are much simpler than they look. It’s a great pattern for handspun, as the yardage is so low.
Knitting: Ankle Sock
This is a great project for handspun as well, as the yardage is quite low. Using the Patons Grace there will be yarn left over. Pattern includes charts for the cuff and lace patterns.
