This cowl is the perfect first crochet project, it was named after my favorite, amazing, knitter friend Jessa. She’s not “one with the hook” (yet), but I have a feeling she will be able to whip one of these cowls out with no problem!

This simple little dishcloth was designed to allow the beginning crocheter to practice single, double and triple crochet, as well as chain stitch.

This pattern is a light airy shawl perfect for the mild weather we experience in Portland in the spring and fall. The picot border is designed to be severely blocked out to form the points.
