This US flag-inspired scarf is a breeze to make! You need one skein each red, white and blue yarn, a circular knitting needle, scissors a large-eye plastic sewing needle and about 10 hours to complete this scarf. A perfect beginner project, easy, fun and fast!

This little guy was inspired by a song from The Doubleclicks (a fabulous geeky sister band from my neck of the woods, Portland, Oregon) called Clever Girl, about Hollywood stereotypes and self worth. It made me feel that everyone should have a velociraptor hat.
