This pattern is made by crocheting a coating of yarn for some old Christmas baubles that I didn’t have the heart to throw out. Then the baubles are placed together and sewn to make the Christmas tree shape.

This is a decorative pillow in the shape of the sun to brighten up the New Year! It is worked in a continuous spiral. It consists of two circles for the “body” and 8 triangles for the rays.

For the last few days the Sun has been slowly peeking out behind the clouds a little more than it used to, so to welcome it and prepare myself for the upcoming warmer months I’ve created a doily pattern that (hopefully) celebrates the Sun and brings a little warmth into the home as well.

This pattern was made for a large plastic Easter egg, but if you want to make a smaller size, I suggest using a smaller crochet hook.
