this is a very simple pattern for cables. you will use two strands of yarn held together at all times while knitting this throw. In using the two strands held together you get the bulky weight. You could however eliminate the need to use two strands by substituting the yarn with a bulky weight yarn.

I’ve had a few people email and ask if this can be made larger (adult size) yes the pattern repeat is 17sts which will add a little over 3.5” for each pattern repeat you incorporate.

This blanket knitted up super fast and is really soft. there is no wrong side either. Both sides come out the same (except the border is larger on the wrong side.) Nice thick blanket to keep your little one snuggly and warm.
