Knitting: Cowl
The bulky version of the original Glacial Cowl, this is a super cosy and fast project!

Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
For this design, I decided to include all my favorite elements of a hand knit sock. There’s a 1x1 twisted rib, a simple repeat running down the foot with a little ribbing for best fit, and form fitting heels and toes without excess bunching fabric. Opting for a neutral grey by Life in the Long Grass in their 75/25 base, which caught my eye at L...

Knitting: Beanie, Toque
For this design, I really wanted to marl ( a new-to-me technique) two different color yarns and use a cable. I really love designing with graph paper. Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I had spent some days sketching out potential designs on graph paper. I knew I wanted a simple, easily memorized, colorwork hat that would be, of course, fun to knit. I cast on using new-to-me yarn from my new local yarn shop - The Lamb and Kid!

Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
The Wheat Socks knit up quickly and a simple repeat makes them great for on-the-go knitting. The socks have a little interest in the front with easy stockinette in the back that make for a fun knit. These socks can be easily customized for the desired foot circumference and heel preference. I knit these as footies but I would recommend having a...
