Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
This asymmetrical shawl is written for 4 colours, but could easily be adjusted. It is written for sport or DK but thinner or thicker yarns, using the appropriate needles, work well and create a smaller/bigger shawl. Try to pick colours that change hue by similar amounts, the closer they are the better the fade

I like short rows, I like the effect they create but I don’t like the constant turning involved. So I’ve starting practicing knitting backwards (I used the photo description on Knitty – but there are many videos on YouTube showing you how), and wrote this variation on previous cloths I’ve done in order to do some (vaguely mindless) practice

A really easy and mindless knit! Can be done in any yarn (though I’d suggest cotton) and at any gauge! Just grab your favourite yarn and needles and off you go!
