As I could not find a lace hat pattern I liked I decided to design my own and I am so pleased to be able to share this pattern with you. I used larger needles than usual so that the lace and stitches would be looser and show the pattern off to its best advantage.

These gloves are knitted in the flat and then seamed. The beautiful, graceful lace is on the top of the glove and the palm is stockinette for a sturdier, warmer glove.
